Please note there will be some changes to our usual delivery, customer care and lab testing schedule for the festive period. To ensure that you receive results within the time you need to, please review the information below.

Alongside our reduce operating hours, it’s also important to consider increased volumes of parcels via courier services where unforeseen delays and issues may occur.

Customer care opening hours

We are fully closed Saturday 25th-26th December.

During this time we will not be able to answer queries.

Our customer care team will be operating on reduced hours on Friday the 17th December for our staff Christmas party. They will also be operating on reduced hours across the Christmas period.
