1. Print your mailing slip

Download your mailing slip using the link here, print it out and cut out the top left corner which includes your unique barcode and attach it to your sealable hair sample bag. (Please do not use your Groupon barcode)

If you are unable to print your mailing slip please note down your name and redemption code to attach to your sample.

2. Take your hair sample

• We only require a few hairs for testing – 4 to 5 strands if hair is longer than an inch. 8 to 10 strands if shorter than an inch.
• We test any body hair, however, please do not send in pubic hair.
• When cutting the hair, please ensure you cut as close to the root as possible.
• Hair dye does not affect testing.
• Once the hair sample is collected, please place strands into a small sealable bag ensuring the hair remains dry and secure during transit.

3. Send your sample

• Please attach your mailing slip cut out area securely to your sealable hair sample bag. (Making sure that the barcode is not folded.)
• Place the small sealable bag in a secure mailing envelope.

PLEASE NOTE: No physical test kit will be sent out.

Please apply the correct postage. Please note regular stamps without a barcode are no longer valid for postage. Please make sure your stamp has a barcode before posting to the above address.

If you have ordered multiple tests, you can return all samples to us using a single envelope, provided that each individual sample is enclosed in a separate bag or envelope and is clearly labeled with its respective name and redemption code.
