Sian graduated with a distinction from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, a world leader in the field of nutritional therapy. She is a full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy and is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
Prior to becoming a Nutritional Therapist, Sian worked in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. She worked as a Personal Trainer and a trainer/educator for a leading fitness company.
